Chris Rhodes

Commercial Project Manager As the Commercial Project Manager for the Cool or Cosy group of companies, I ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Further to this, I conduct site visits for scoping purposes to ensure the Tender pricing is correct and a smooth installation is achieved for all projects we do, with a safety record of zero accidents mainly due to the adherence to the site specific Safe Work Method Statements we produce in-house and the installation crews we use and trust. Once the installation is complete, our commercial team produces the Operation and Maintenance manuals with the relevant information for that client and site.

My project management experience in the solar industry extends greater than 10 years, with over 35 years experience as an electrician, running my own company for 16 years. I have years of 'hands on' solar installation experience, with Clean Energy Council accreditations of Design and Install. Other licences include electrical, data, white card, working at heights, elevated work platform, first aid, low voltage rescue, police and DCSI clearances.

I deal directly with the stakeholders, clients, suppliers, installers and office staff, working as a team to achieve the common goal of another happy customer. Projects we have installed range from 2kW to over 400kW, including clients from defence, councils, universities, prisons, retirement villages and private companies. As the projects progress through their phases, the employees of the client are also impressed, contacting us for solar works to be done on their private homes.

When I'm not working, I enjoy racing my 125cc Go-Kart, fishing and water skiing.

Peter Pedersen

I have been involved with amateur operatic societies and Opera New Zealand, and played local soccer for some 35 years but have now retired from theatre and the soccer field. I am happy restricting my sporting activities to being a keen golfer. I enjoy reading and usually have at least one fiction and one non-fiction book on the go at any one time.
